Have a woocommerce website. Each Product has an OFFER based on plugin. Once the customer does an offer, then the store owner can accept, counter or decline via email or backend. Once the the store admins accept the offer and email goes to the customer with a link to checkout with the agreed amount. But something happens that when they click on the link the cart is empty and they cannot checkout. This needs to be fixed to work properly.
