Freelance Graphic Designer (work form office)- Pune

We are now looking for a Graphic Designer with strong technical skills and a quick mindset to join our design hot desk and quality assurance team. You will handle all kind of quick jobs from print productions to digital material. You will be expected to take initiate, be agile and quick while delivering to the highest standard. You should have a full understanding of corporate branding and how to adapt designs and briefs to brand requirements. You will be expected to take full ownership of your work to ensure that timelines and expectations are met. If you love design and communication, have a good eye for international esthetics and relish the concept of “there is always a better way” then you might just be the person we are looking for. Knowledge / Educational requirements Degree in Communication design or equivalent Advanced user of the Adobe Creative suite as well as additional design software, tools and equipment (on screen soft proofing, vacom tables etc). Comfortable in a windows base work environment Good written and verbal skills in English are required Good presentation skills are desired Knowledge in color management, typography and print techniques Knowledge in digital communication Experience requirements Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a relevant field of design work. International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working with international companies and customers. Experience from creative agency work is an advantage Personal requirements Creativity, strong visual sense and a good eye for esthetics is a given. You are also a good communicator with an open-minded attitude. You come with an inquisitive mind and never stop challenging status quo. You are a good team player but you do not shy away from taking your own initiative and work independently when needed.
