Scope of work: 1. Document every little detail on the form. (I.e.: Name, Age, gender, Tobacco use, etc.) 2. Up to the final submission. See Policy Genius for the data they gather and how they portray information to the consumer 3. The information will get stored on our (IS) database 4. Then the quoting engine will hit the 3rd party API ([login to view URL]) 5. Then it will quote it and display it to the customer 6. If customer chooses to accept, they will lock in there quote from the carrier 7. It will fire off a DocuSign to them with everything filled out 8. The DocuSign will be from IS, from our database of forms. It will have all their info along with the quote from the carrier. It will give your company permission to submit on their behalf 9. Once they sign it we will handle the back-end processing 10. They will then be prompted to set a time for a phone call (interview) and para-med exam (nurse comes to their home to take blood and urine) 11. We will be using videos and memes/gifs throughout the site to explain the process. 3. We will require a lot of mouseover’s – to video and explanations 4.
