Html + css design with vector icons, online quote system in 4 steps

I need the design of a single page html with its corresponding css, to integrate in the CMS of a Magento, I only need the visual part with the operative of the interface, that is to say the selection of porpoises, interactivity, but not the programming. It should be possible to prepare a budget based on 4 questions, step by step, as if it were a test, but very visual, each question will have several selectable options, the selection must be marked with a background color to differentiate, the design must be Responsive, as it should work on smartphone. The design is very simple, I add sketches and texts, as well as guiding images to face the vectorized icons. Each question will have 3 to 4 options. I need a very intuitive interface, and nice, it is home installations, so the theme of the vector icons is of different types of houses, as well as heating and shower systems for a standard home.
