Illustration for a school play in a french school from QUEBEC, Canada. Landscape format 8,5'' H x 11'' L INFORMATION The play is about Christmas. The title is "The toys from the world celebrate Christmas". The play begins in a toy store. After midnight, the toys become alive. There are 3 lead characters : a doll, a scarecrow and a mad scientist. The mad scientist finds a yellow plane in the toys store and he makes it fly away to discover other countries with the other 2 lead characters. They meet toys from around the world and find out about other cultures and their toys throughout the play. It ends with the nativity scene and Jesus's story. I would like an illustration for this play. It needs to be artistic, fun, magic and friendly. DETAILS about the main characters and important elements in the illustration : Doll : long braids Scarecrow: Orange shirt, blue overall straw coming out of his arms, straw hat, Mad scientist : Kind of Einstein haircut, white smock, very funny, has a yellow plane (the plane is important during the whole play and very impressive on stage because of its size) Back ground: Toy shelves in a store, maybe a Chritmas tree if it is not too much in the illustration (I trust your judgement on this one, it can be anything that give a Christmas magic feeling to the illustartion)) OTHER SUBTLE elements to include : a few figurines of the nativity scene something ingenious related to travel OR other culures (my ideas: either a passport stamp, plane ticket or flags from other country. Again, I trust your judgment for artistic sense on this). I repeat that those elements need to be skilfully included in the backgound, but not as the focal point. The illustration will be used to design posters for publicity of the event, a facebook ad on the page of the school, and will be printed on the program of the evening.
