We needed a mobile app (IOS and Android) for customers and all app functions with notifications
Staying connected to clients is the number one business driving force for Real Estate Agents today. Consistent
marketing to existing client base (sphere) results in repeat business when a buyer is ready to sell their home and
upgrade and also is critical in garnering referrals from existing clients. Referrals are the most efficient business
driver for agents and repeat business is the life blood of long term success.
App is designed to be an indispensable app that engages with the client at the time of entering into
a contract on a home. This app will connect the realtor to their client and will provide contract specific reminders
along with timelines and steps/processes to closing.
Once the transaction closes, it remains a tool that reminds homeowners of things to do around their house and
keeps them connected to their agent who has preferred vendors on the app for contract work such as painting,
gutter cleaning, remodeling, etc. The app will also remind agent of home purchase anniversaries and prompt them
to make contact, further solidifying their relationship with the client and staying top of mind and more likely to
Additionally, to make it indispensable, homeowners should be able to scan or take a picture of any receipts of
work done on the house and keep it in their my receipts folder so they can reference it for warranty info and hand
to next buyer to show maintenance work done.
In the ideal vision when user base has grown, company has vision to partner with national providers to offer real
estate agents the ability to send closing gifts or postcards or birthday/anniversary gifts with one click to their
clients. Company will be able to make money from partners by incorporating into one click system and per order.
