We are looking for web designer & developer to redesign UI of 6 static pages on our website and create CMS (Content management system) for them to update its contents. These pages is small part of huge system which is developed in MVC .NET, so candidate should applying design updates in cshtml pages .use [login to view URL] layout and bundles concepts. CMS should allow admin user to update these pages content. We need to redesign public pages ONLY of http://www.fmsnationwide.com. (Home , About us, Partners, Careers, Services and Contact us). IMPORTANT NOTES: 1- Candidate should have strong background [login to view URL] and git (especially bitbucket) 2- Project was developed using vs2015 3- Work will be done on git repository not using FTP 4- Suggestion for new layout is required to approve it before start implementation. If you don't have strong skills to deal with previous notes, please don't post bid. You must read all details of what we need to provide us with your bid. Renegotiation of your bid will result in eliminating you.

I will not renegotiate but under these circumstances. We are a larger company focused on .NET and JAVA (I assure you will will more then just complete your project). We have been in business for 10 years now, what we do is charge clients less especially if they can not afford large development bills but we host their project and put them on a set monthly cost. Most of our sites we have developed for free but being that you want a custom CMS solution that require some more heavy lifting but nothing to heavy. If I was to charge you straight for the project with our costs it would be around $10,000 ...thats why I laid out options that I did.
