Screenprint Specialist and Designer wanted. Regular assignment!

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to take our ideas and implement them into graphics like eps Files for screenprinting. We are producing a streetwear label (tshirts with screenprints / embroidery, hats, sweaters etc). You must be able to work from pictures to create illustrations and to manipulate existing images to fit our design concepts. Image concepts will be described or roughly drawn by extremely low skilled design amateurs so some effort and patience will be required. Own Ideas are welcome if you are interested. If you are familiar with streetwear brands like Quicksilver, Ecko that should be fine.
we will also producing websites, flyers, catalogs and other marketing material.
This is not a one time project, we are interested in outsourcing all of our design work to foreign producers.
If you are familiar with embroidery software: That would be wonderful but not required to make an offer. You need to have experiences with screenprinting.
We are paying per hour!
We will need to see examples of previous work.
