Empresa del sector tecnológico requiere personal para laborar como Scrum Master para la ciudad de Medellín.

Perfil: Profesional en Ingeniería, Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones, con experiencia mínimo 2 años en actividades de Scrum Master en el sector de Tecnologías de la Información, debe contar con Nivel Intermedio en Inglés Técnico.

Competencias Dirección de Equipos, Seguimiento a Gestión, Liderazgo, Capacidad de Negociación, Orientación al Logro, Proactividad, Habilidades Comunicativas, Orientación al Cliente, Inteligencia Emocional, Flexibilidad, Capacidad de Análisis.

Funciones: Trabajar de la mano con el PO, Ser el enlace entre el equipo de trabajo y el Product Owner, Protege al equipo del Product Owner, Impedir que el Sprint cambie una vez se inicie, Ejecución de Negociación entre el equipo y el PO, Facilita la demostración del Sprint y la Retrospectiva, Representa al equipo en el Scrum, Facilita los Daily Standups, Ayuda a remover impedimentos que bloqueen el trabajo del equipo, Se convierte en un Coach ágil, Vela por el cumplimiento del cronograma con las funcionalidades probadas, Facilita la sesión de Planeación.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.

Salario: $5.500.000 por prestación de servicios
