We need a small accounting system.
It must be possible to create an accounting year (and the budget for the year), categories for both incomes and expenses and sub-posts.
In the basic settings you must be able to enter:

1. First you create a category e.g. subscription and if it is an income or an expense, beneath you could create 2 accounts e.g. PBS and bank transfer
2. Then you create the accounting and the budget for the year xx.
When we then get an invoice, then it must be possible to choose to post it, you make a description of the purchase, choose which account it must be posted on, the date it has been received, and when it has been paid (if you do not mark a paid date, then it will be unpaid) and a post-number. You must also choose if it is a supplier or an expence, if it has not been paid, and it is a supplier, then it must belong under "unpaid invoices/bills", if it is an expence, then it must be under expences.
You must at any time be able to make a PDF showing the result untill now / budget and a final financial report.
Everything must be behind a login, it must be possible for admin to make extra users and specify which categories/accounts they must be able to see information about.
