social media progressive web app

Hello everyone, We have social media website based on wordpress and plugins. We would like to rebuild the website from scratch without any plug-ins, totally customed and then that website will be use as progressive web app. Basically we need to copy the website by building it from scratch. The website structure is the following : - It is a social media very similar to Linkedin.  - We have 4 different users (4 log ins): high school students, universities, providers of extracurricular activities (for high school students), and high school counselors. Each member has a profile with personalized info related to the profile (interests, location, etc...) - Private messenging is only working between students, provider of extracurricular activities and universities. There is no private messenging between student users. - Registration with catcha, link to be sent etc for security.  - Privacy settings for all users. - There is a friendship system between all users (similar to Linkedin or Facebook) - Each users has its own wall and a profile (similar to facebook or Linkedin) - There is a Wall where users can interact by posting comments, videos, pictures, links (with main page appearing) etc... - All users are appearing with profile picture and their basic info AND There are filters where it is easy to find all the users.
