Static Caravan Holiday Website

Hi guys, Ok this is a fairly decent sized project, im looking for in general terms as stated in the title a Static Caravan holiday homes website. however there are a few differences. How it works. Caravan owner : a caravan owner will come onto the website to place an advert for their caravan, as many pics as wanted details etc, they will choose one of two packages, the Gold or the Silver plan. The silver plan will be a basic 10%(changeable) fee for each booking, which we will take out of the booking payment. The gold plan will be a set yearly charge (which will result in no booking fees) other than that no other fees. So to begin a owner can put their vans on for free. They will then get a referral URL, which they can use to advertise their caravan, on sites such as Facebook etc. This will load up a screen which will show their caravan as the main one at the top and other caravans below this. explained in detail later. site will need a complete booking system. dates/etc which owner can modify at any time. Holiday maker: a holiday maker will come to the site from the referral link. if no link just a random caravan, the main caravan they will see is the one from the referral but other caravans will be avialable to choose below this, including locations etc. they can search for many different options. and will get a full list of caravans, which they can then send mail to the owner (parsed, no email addresses or contact info) the site does all the work. they can then book, either all at once or in instalments, Once paid in full we will then send payments to the owner. Once paid in full they will then get owners details. imagine us as a thomas cook of static carvans, the client pays us, we pay the owner. other items will be required such as the ability for owners to set booking dates/fees/.etc as well as downloads the years income/outgoings through their admin panel/ owners can upload as many caravans as they want, as long as each has its own silver/gold plan. i'm looking for someone to design and build this site, for around £1500 max.. plus there will be an additional £1200 in seo payments, spread over a six month that will basically be 200 a month for each month we appear in the 1st page of google mainly. looking for a 3d style theme to the site.. in navy blue/sunburst yellow style colours.
