I'd like for an expert to create a web-based supply and material request system. The system will be based on Wordpress - it's okay to use 3rd party plugins (free or paid) to complete this project.
This is how the system works.
Any employee with the username and password logins to the system.
Once they log in, then select the project that they're working on and they request materials.
The project would be assigned by the admin - yes, we need an admin section.
Once they login, there will be a catalog of items that they can select from and add them to the "shopping cart". Once the shopping cart is completed, then they SUBMIT request the material.
In turn, one of the material procurement admins gets an email with the contents of the shopping cart.
The content of the catalog should be item name, SKU, image, description, etc. I should be able to control attributes.

This should work from the iPad, Android Tablet, iPhone, and Android phones.
This is a supply request system - not ordering. There will be no checkout or credit card functionality needed.
