Web App design with php and MySQL (Landing page + User Panel + Admin Panel)

Project General The project we are looking for is a web application with the following general characteristics: 1-Users can register in this app and choose their type of access to site facilities (free and paid user account) 2-By registering on the site, the user can access his user account panel. The main features of the app are presented in this user panel. 3-As a feature in the panel, each user can send a request to others, and others can respond to that request . The requester can view all received responses with filtering and comparison capabilities. 4-As another functionality in the panel, each user can create a notification or alert for other users, and others can view it. 5-As another functionality in the panel, the user has a list of users who are associated with them as a contact list. 6-The user can chat with other users and have common chat facilities such as sending and receiving text, photos, videos, and more. chatting with others is one of the most important features of the panel and should be considered by speed and quality. 7-As another functionality in the panel, the user has a calendar (shamsi calendar) and can create events and our app remind events. 8-Each user can define products and other users can create queries about these products (such as request for prices, etc.) 9-All products will be shown by categories in the landing page and products detail are accesible with click on each product (without online shopping capabilitiy) . 10-All observers, even those who are not members of the site, can submit requests about these products for products owners. (Similar to [login to view URL] site) Project details This project has different details in each section, which will be sent to the final winner. Important points 1-The language of the site is Arabic and the app should be created in the RTL direction. the files about language should be placed in a separate filder to make the site's translation easier in the future. 2-The initial design of the site is based on bootstrap, and the related files and fonts about user panel template will be send for the winner. But the landing page design is entirely with the winner. 3-The programming language and the database are PHP and MYSQL. 4-The source of the program must be provided to us. 5-The second phase of this project is the mobile app developing (Android and iOS).
