The project can be bid in 2 ways: COMPLETE OUTSOURCED PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Or FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT (ONLY DETAILED FRAMEWORK, REQUIREMENTS WITH SITE PLAN, DETAILED RESOURCE MAP AND PROJECT TIMELINES ARE MENTIONED) What skill sets are required for the above? What kind of resources would I require if I completely get it done on my own? What kind of timeline is required for such project? Which Front-end and backend language/platform suits best for above project? Web based or APP based is more suitable? I feel web based personally.
