I installed a gantry 5 template in a joomla 3 site: [login to view URL]

I would like to make change the code of one of the particles (ie the block where the teapot is located)

I want that a blue sheet appears when one flies over the particle (with the teapot),

as is the case in the bottom particle. I will give photos to better explain my project.
