Medical Education Site and Mobile App

Hello, I am working to develop a website with database and then convert it to a mobile app for Iphone and Android using Phonegap to have listed in the respective stores. The app is for medical student education, part of a series of products my company is developing ([login to view URL]). We have pre-sales leads for this product and will be coming out with another 2-3 products in 2014, so we are looking for someone to work with long term. I have already spec'd out each page in detail, and the entire front-end will require 20 unique pages. I am less knowledgeable about the back-end, and so I will look to you for direction. I own the domain name already, would like to put it up on a shared hosting platform initially (will need to you do that). I have a logo, and there will be no graphics on this initial beta version (just text entry and radio buttons). Please get in touch with me by responding specifically to this posting, include any experience you have specifically with HTML5, back-end databases, and Phonegap. Please share any examples if you have them. I am looking to start work on this in the next 1-2 weeks, with completion of this project by early April.
