Build Ebay Store (inc all pages, seller template, email marketing template etc) - See the below description for full understanding of the project.

We need eBay pages to be DESIGNED, BUILT& PROGRAMMED (HTML etc) to a FULL WORKING standard. We need EXPERIENCED people (NO TIME WASTERS AND INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE). We will not accept ridiculous quotes so please provide your BEST offers to be considered. If you cannot do to this standard then do not proceed. 1. We will need the following pages Homepage, About Us, Payments, Delivery Info, Returns, Size Guide, Contact Us. 2. The creation of the Store includes everything therein. This will include the promotion boxes, the seller/listing template (within which we will upload all future products), setting up and creating the email template (this will contain our weekly emails to customers) and the links from one page to the other. 3. We have created a step by step guide of what we want. This will be sent in the private chat. We have all the contents of the website and images. We have web hosting for images and contents and will provide the details. 4. You will provide a full written guide/tutorial on how we can amend all aspects of the Store at a later date. This means that you must ensure we have a full handover and understand how to edit each element without you or anyone else - in the future. The project is useless to us if this is not done. This includes ensuring we can add and list items for sale. We will add the products personally and you will need to ensure we are shown how to link etc to the products. 5. You will ensure all the files used to create and keep the store running are kept on our domain and no files are kept on your domain. The store must not be relying on you in anyway at all. This must be proven to us before we pay the money. We will be given all the coding and editable files (i.e.++/Dreamweaver etc/PSD/Notepad etc).created for the store and these will be explained to us. The project is useless to us if this is not done. 6. The stores must be mobile ready and function properly and fully. In example: it must update when customers log-on and run fully with all links working. 7. The project needs to be completed within three days. 8. You are agreed that the payment will not be made until everything herein is done completely. If not, the matter will be subject to a dispute through Freelancer. 9. The instruction would be on the basis that all the rights for the above work are automatically transferred/ assigned to me. This includes all copyright, database rights and rights in the nature of copyright and database rights subsisting in the whole or any part of the Designs and the Future Designs and in all preliminary drafts or earlier versions of the Designs and the Future Designs and in the materials used in the creation of the Designs and the Future Designs throughout the world. 10. It is clear that as things develop and you undergo the project certain elements may need to be changed,amended and redesigned to ensure everything is as agreed and running well. You will be aware that there will be requests for changes to ensure the perfect final product. 11. We have done some legwork already and will provide this coding.
