Need to build a responsive front end for a web app whose backend is already developed using java (rest api) and mysql. It is a web application for online exams wherein the professors can add/delete/modify questions in question bank, prepare tests while students can give tests, view results etc. We want it to be a responsive web app so that it could be accessed from mobile/tablets as well.

Dear MR, I am a software developer, I work as Angular Js, Ruby on Rails and Swift application. I have a start up with a few developers. Actually I have a ruby on rails programmers that has more than 4 years of experience in ror. If one of our employee will join you, he will work with you as a developer, and I will work as (the tech and team leader). Take into account that the price that I give you is the price per hour of her work, and my work as a team tech leader is include as well. We use agile methodology “scrum”, we divide the whole project in small sprints, each sprints is typically about 1 week. Each week, the team leader provide a serie of task to do on the current spring, each task is assigned to one programmer. We are using trello as a tool to guide the scrum. We use bitbucket or git as repository, and each Pull Request is reviewed by our team, in order to do a quality code. Would be great if you and me have a meeting, and then you will have a meeting with the angular & Ror developer , and he could take a test. Your faithfully, Ignacio
