Create an Animation in css/html or jquery quite like an image image slider

I will attach the flash version of what I want to this post. Flash animated version attached is [login to view URL] Its simple: 1. display dark [login to view URL] . 2. mouse pointer should be a small yellow light bulb graphic. (nothing else should display unless you click anywhere on the page) 3. onclick anywhere on the page start to fade in the [login to view URL] file (which is the brighter version of the [login to view URL]). this fie will stay constant on the canvas till the end of the animation 3. [login to view URL] slides in from the right and stays 4. [login to view URL] slides in from the left and stays 5. [login to view URL] fades in to position. 6. if you mouseover meets, its should display a { } around it, once clicked it should load any page (i can simply change the url to that page once you supply me the source files) 7.
