Our company has a website where customers can upload files and place orders. IT is an ASP.net application with code in VB. Pages are in ASP.net, HTML4 with JSON, Javascript, CSS. Its database is on a SQL server. Customers regularly get an error that says "Error: Empty file" even after the upload finishes, or "the upload task is interrupted", which is seen in the screen shot. The person that developed this product no longer works for the company. The code is old, and this has been an ongoing issue for a few years now. I don't know what all is needed but i have the developer's workstation and the web server that I could grant access to. In short, the uploader needs to be replaced and/or updated. Thank you.

Hi, I am an individual asp.net developer. I can start right away.I have some questions 1) Do you need multiple files to be uploaded at once or one by one or Both ? 2) Is there any size limit to the upload? 3) What type of files needs to be uploaded ? Hi! My name is Jeremy. I've been professionally developing for over 10 years now. I've worked with VB .Net, C#, SqlServer, as well as JavaScript, PHP, and other technologies. The issue you're experiencing sounds interesting for sure. The hardest part about this is going to be reproducing the problem. Once we can reliably reproduce it we can than find a good solid solution. The solution should definitely involve some logging about what is happening (so pinpointing an error will be easier in the future).
