GPS System Development for Vehicles

I need you to develop some software for me.

25% of the total amount will be given to you after you coomplete 50% of the total work.

No amount will be increased for this project at any cost.

No project will be awarded or no milestone will be relesed without checking your work on my project.

Our professional users should be able to use this technology very easily.

It should be connected to some IoT or GPS device.

When ever vehicle is started, it should send alerts and call to registered mobile number.

There should be an option to switched off the engine through mobile.

We should be able to control the whole vehicle using our app.

There should be an option to reduce the speed of the vehicle using our app.

Our App should be able to locate the vehicle alongwith nearest location within some metres.

Even if some thief change the ECM of the vehicle but our device should be connected to vehicle and it should keep on sending alerts.

We should know where our vehicle is traveling on which speed.

Whenever user want it can take the location of the vehicle with complete route on their mail i.d or on whatsapp or social media.

If admin want to trace another vehicle, we should have that feature to locate any vehicle any time but vehicle should be traced even if vehicle's key or ECM is changed.

There should be one Admin accouny and one user app.

Admin should be able to create more sub admins.

Admin should be able to add or block any users.

Source code will be our property.
