Improve look of Moodle site via CCS / HTML / php tweaks

Hello there! Greetings.

I am looking for an expert in customizing Moodle installations to create a great look and feel. This is project is all about packaging, and improving a users first impression.

There already is a SCORM developer working on the project. He will keep working on it. We need someone who is great at customizing Moodle's HTML, CSS and php code to make the installation look great. Please note this does not involve your working on the SCORM packages themselves. This project is focused on the look and feel Moodle platform that hosts the SCORM packages.

This will be a multi-project engagement. For this initial project, we need improvements to the look and feel of:

1) The front page

2) The log-in page.

3) The interstitial page that shows to launch a SCORM package (has the ENTER button on it).

There are more details below.

The project uses the latest Moodle version. You will be given admin access to the Moodle backend for this. If needed you can also obtain ssh access to the Amazon server hosting the installation.

You will also receive the contact information for the SCORM developer who is already on the project so you can ask questions and coordinate directly with one another.

The budget for this initial project is $100.

If you bid on this, please include a screenshot of Moodle interfaces whose look and feel you have improved via CSS and HTML or other customizations.

1) Front page

You can download the "Imaginese" marquee image used in the mockup here: [login to view URL]

For the thumbnails, please use the images from this folder, in the order indicated in their filenames: [login to view URL]

We currently need to display 3 courses on the front page, i.e., there are three thumbnails. There will eventually be approx 12 courses)

Please do not use more than two lines of lorem ipsum language on the front page, as shown in the mockup above.

We also want to add some indication to the front page for what course is up next, and what courses have already been viewed. The idea is to give users an easy way to continue where they left off when they return to the front page.

Please feel free to improve on this mockup using your own judgment. I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

2) Log-in page

On the login page, please place the Imaginese marquee image mentioned above ([login to view URL]) below the logo and above the login input fields.

Remove all the placeholder text information starting with "Registrarse como usuario"

3) Interstitial page
