& Javascript Compiler and Minifier

My issue: While generating HTML templates using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation, we get excellent ease and comfort but the problem is they generate very heavy CSS and JavaScript files. I am looking for a web based application which will perform as follows: Reference for frameworks I am talking about: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Input will be HTML, CSS and JavaScript files in a zip format. CSS Function: 1. This app must search for un-used css from the HTML and remove those entries from the CSS files. 2. Combine all the CSS files into one and output a single minifies / GZip CSS file. 3. Convert all the Class and ID names into short forms. Example..... like .header-image, .sidebar, #footer-section, #header-section should become something like .iao1, .iao2, #iao1, #iao2 and so on. Also generate a HTML file in table format with all the converted CSS with their new names for reference. JavaScript Functions: 1. This app must search for un-used JavaScript Functions from the HTML and remove those entries from the JS files. 2. Combine all the JavaScript files into one and output a single minifies / GZip JS file. HTML Function: Strip all the white-space and compress HTML This entire must be a web-based app, preferably a PHP base, where my team can use it as and when required. A user management system must be implemented to avoid unauthorized use. Well commented code with detail documentation is required. Please feel free to ask any questions you have.
