I am looking for sydney based HR consultant who can help my co attract building managers, cleaners, gardeners. We have had one but she is leaving taking FT position. We have the work but not the workforce. This would be a regular role with X hours flexible per week. The consultant needs to be able to use traditional avenues (gumtree, indeed) but also think outside the box (ethnic papers, facebook groups).
