We are a cool team of international people with headquarters in Romania that work in e-commerce and with operations in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia, so we're looking for a native Hungarian to work at Stifler HU.
Main tasks will consist of discussing with the customers and solving their problems (over the phone and e-mail, and Facebook chat) + posting on social media and sometimes translating stuff.
We want to have super happy customers, so we are looking for someone that is very positive and can transmit that positivity over to our customers.
Working hours - 4-7 per day - from 8:00/9:00 to 15-16:00 (could be flexible in some circumstances)
We will use a time to track app.
Requirements: You must be a dynamic and independent person, VERY ORGANIZED, hard working, having no problem working from home, capable of properly managing your own time.
Past experience in e-commerce (Shopify/ customer support) is an advantage but not a requirement.
You will get a test (for which you'll get paid) for the beginning then we will decide on the best candidate.
You will get a 1 week paid trial period.
The wage per hour is $4 for the 1st month and if you do an outstanding job we will increase it to $5.

I have over 3 years of customer service experience, which I could use regarding this job. I'm tech savvy as well, with good time management. I'm also hard working and punctual.
My previous jobs consisted 60% of talking to people on the phone, so it'd be no problem.
