Develop iOS application to work with iOS calendar (EventKit), Document Interaction and generate REST posts for an API

Needing to take exiting app template (universal) and integrate with iOS EventKit (Create/View Calendars and Entries). Generate/Recieve custom RESTful based requests via Document Interaction. Push notifications will be used as well as local notications - Server side or Back End API will be taken care of either by custom built RoR application or Parse SDK. - Little design work to be done. - No graphic work to be done. - Provisioning profiles and certificates will also be taken care of. - There may be a need to integrate with open source libs and Frameworks that create/understand ICS Mime types. - Push notification certs will be done for you. - Document Interaction will be used for registering file type and passing onto other applications. - There will be no database design needed, transitional core storage will suffice. - use of Eventkit will be extensive and may require integration into Reminders as well.
