APP CODE DONE

Hi I need a little bit of code done. I dont need a full app developed, just a bit of it coded.

I need someone to make a Single View project, with ScrollView (as the content will be only one full page). I need the height of it to be 5 timesthe size of a ios7 iphone (1136px hight x5)

I'll provide the full temporal background.

Here's the tricky part, I need a fixed at bottom menu with 5 icons. (I can provide temporal icons) the background of it should be blured like ios7

Also the same, a top blured bar to put the logo of the app.

If you click one of the icons it should autoscroll to that part of the full area (if you click second button it should take you to the 1136px as top. if you click the 3rd one it should take you to 2272px as top. if you click the first one, it will take you back to the begginig. etc
