Build a to do list app for iphone

Hello, Would like a 2d game to do list built. Skill Requirements: objective c, Core Data, Good design skills as i would like a good looking app. must have proof of apps already on app store. Must also have a copy of blueprint viewer for ipad which is free from the app store so I can show you the mockups. I require the following: 1. a treeview on ios Example code here. Must also have checked out or seen an app called "life balance" for iphone because i want features of "life balance" in mine like the balancing feature (and the 2D pie). 3. sound effects. 4. Able to set an image to show up alongside the text in a uitableviewcell. 5. location awareness, 6. Will need to write comments in the code and add comments where I specify so that I can understand it. There are also 5 mini features that i would like but cannot discuss here, But for an experienced ios developer, they shouldnt find it hard to build those 5 mini features what i want. I will choose the lowest bidder with the right skills and track record. Will not need to submit app to app store for now. However it will need to meet apples guidelines.
