Build a simple Car ticket system

First of all sorry for my bad english. But i hope you can understand. We need a simple app for parking violance. The should be simply usable. First of all the employee has to login to his ID. The login data has to be saved. Now the employee has to open a ticket. The ticket number has to be unique for each ticket. The ticket has now to get automatically the ccordinates as adress not longitude or latitude and also the time. Then the app should ask for following informations, which has the employee to put as text or numbers in: - Company where car is parked - Which car brand - Car color - license plate of the car - observe time - after all these form fields, the employee has to take pictures from the parked car. - informations After he finished his form, some of the form informations has to be directly printed to the mobile printer via bluetooth. You can see an example of the printed parts from the form as image. We deliver all texts which has also to be included like the legals. After printing, the app should do the following: The hole information has also to be sent automatically to our office or ftp or email as pdf. In the pdf should be all informations (also the images and employee informations) I hope you understand everything. We need the app for ios. The apps doesnt have to be in appstore. We need instructions for installing.
