Draw and pose 3D Cartoon Polar Bears

I need 3D digital models of a cartoon style mother polar bear and 2 cubs. These will be used to CNC carve life-size foam sculptures for a children's winter display. The scene will include the mother bear in a sitting pose, one cub up on hind legs, leaning against an ice-block archway, and the other cub near the top of the arch looking down. See photos for reference. The surface details of the cartoon bears must be seen in the final .stl mesh (as with Z-Brush). "Textures" that don't appear in the real geometry are not useful for sculpting. I can offer, and require, good communication in both directions. Bids from English or Spanish speaking artists in the American time zones are welcome. Some editing and phone conversations during and after regular business hours may be needed to get the poses and textures right in an efficient time frame. The model shown in the photos (in Maya and FBX formats) has already been approved by the client and can be purchased and used if it would help, but would need to be rigged and posed. New original models can be created instead, but will need to convey the same happy, easy-going, not-scary, appearance of the examples shown. Artists that offer a thoughtful bid and proposal, after reviewing the details and sample photos will be given the most consideration. This project will need to be completed within 2 weeks. A milestone will be created for a deposit, another for the successful creation of the models, and the final balance will be released when the finished models are delivered in working, original and mesh formats.
