Introduction AHLC currently delivers all its online content through static slide pdfs and uses a mix of classroom connects and pdfs to deliver content. We have a vast set of content across 11 different areas in HR and nearly each pdf covers 60 odd slides currently. We are using the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS and have invested in their authoring tool Adobe Captivate to build Your Project Your role will be to do the following: 1. Create a storyboard for how one course’s pdfs will be converted into elearnings and convert them using Adobe Captivate. This will include making current content more engaging, redesigning mode of delivery and format and finally coding it on the tool to create final product. 2. Build out the structure and content for the same course to be delivered online completely. You will work with our content team to help create the structure and then finally design all the elements – videos, elearnings, learning nuggets etc. 3. Create a toolkit on how to create elearnings for the team. 4. Mentor identified team resources through in person/ virtual connects on elearnings You need to work for 2-3 months and the fee is on a monthly basis.
