I have created a sign in Illustrator CC. This Artwork contains two recess depths and i would like to prepare it for production. the Design is not very complicated but does have many curves and a moderate ammount of text. The curve resolution must be very high. The sign comes in 4 fixed text variations and shows the year, which should be simple to update/swap out. I need two versions: one for CNC milling from a solid sheet of aluminum. The other for 3d Printing. The sign is quite thick and the object must be optimised for minimal material use: Ths inside should be hollowed out and filled with a honeycomb or grid for strength. The final product will be wall mounted and three 8mm bolt threads what i expect is more engineering than artwork. you should have a solid background in CAD, CNC and or 3d-printing. If i am satisfied with the cooperation, further versions and adaptations are likely to follow. I expect very good communication skils in english or german. Please do not hesitate to ask many questions. Your deliverable is not what i ask for, but what i need to fulfill my goals. You understand the path there better than i do.

For CNC milling I will prepare STEP file basing on your vector file from illustrator. For the 3D printed version you will get stl file (hollowed and strengthened as per your requirements). Hello! I can create 3D model of the sign in Solidworks (2018 version) with all necessary details including technical drawings and flat patterns if needed. After that I can convert model in whatever format you need, so you could easily import it into another programs, print or cut it. I have over 9 years of experience in 3d modelling and drafting. Some of my models was printed, cutted with CNC and laser, used in VR/AR. Also I have experience in prototyping.
