Replicate and create cards based on already finalized template/design ( using adobe illustrator)

This requirement is to create playing cards for representing numbers from 0 to 99. For each number, we need 2 cards. One is in the form of abacus and another is in form of cubes. We have already finalized design of cards. Attached is finalized design in form of adobe illustrator file and pdf file. This design file represents number 97. We need to use these files as template to modify ( save as) and create cards for numbers from 0 99. These modifications will involve following changes: 1) Change number of beads depending on number 2) Change number of cubes depending on number 3) Change Number and its word format name 4) Back ground color: All cards of 0-9 will be having a any light background color. All cards of 10-19 will be having another other light background color. All cards of 20-29 will be having another other light background color....and so on. Finally we we will need .ai files, high quality images of each card (size 55mm * 85mm), files with bleed marks . We will be using it for printing purpose. Note: Requirement and template is finalized. You won't loose time in discussion, trial and re-design.
