SEO for a website

We are looking for an expert SEO consultant that has an excellent track record in successfully completing a comprehensive online white hat/ethical SEO Optimization for our website; www.rentalcarlondon.co.uk. The SEO Optimization will use localized (at city level) keywords (e.g. car rental london). There are 4 core keywords that we need help analyzing and tweaking based on what people are actually searching for. These keywords will need to provide us Top 3 ranking in google, yahoo and bing. The keywords are as follows: 1. car rental london 2. london car rental 3. car hire london 4. london car hire When you make a bid please provide a detailed plan, start date, approx end date, price and examples of the successful work you have completed. Previous customer/references and other information may be requested from bidders who make our final consideration. We will look forward to hearing from you and please remember that we're looking to establish a long-term working relationship for many other websites of a similar nature in the future so if you can prove to use that you are good at what you do we will have more work for you. The SEO techniques requirements: 1. Only White Hat methods are allowed and are to be detailed. Absolutely NO black or grey hat techniques. 2. Google guidelines must be followed and should not be compromised in any way. 3. All methods used must be ethical, no SEO spamming techniques and no junk profile building techniques are to be used 4. Any links created must be from an English language website. They must be visible, readable, indexable & 'do follow'. 5. Links must be permanent and one-way. We don't want links from under construction pages. 6. Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. 7. Links that are not approved must be replaced. 8. Pages where links are located must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 60-90 days. 9. No [login to view URL] blocking. 10. No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. 11. No use of automated software or bots, no link farms, link exchange programs and web rings and no paid traffic sites. 12. No links from banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. No unethical sites. 13. We will not release any payment should the website be banned, de-indexed or sandboxed. As noted above we are looking to establish a long lasting relationship with the winning bidder. As a website designer myself (who is very familiar with SEO so please, no BS) I find myself unable to cope with the demands of this kind of work (along with running two other companies as my day job). We are happy to set up a milestone but will only release it when the ranking is completed as noted above.
