Freelancer Project bidder required

I have another working procedure as Following: 1. Search project and understand requirement of client. According to requirement make proper proposal with amount and time and send to me. 2. If you have any queries to ask from client send me same time. 3. You will NOT bid on that project. I will bid through my own profile so that we will have better chance to get award. If you bid on that project I will not work on that. 4. If client award me project then I will hire you by charging 30% my share. Suppose client award me project on $1000.00 then I will hire you on $700.00 5. You will quote me amount including my share i.e. 30% 6. Once I start communication with client you will not bid on that or try to communicate that client otherwise, I will not work on that. 7. You have must “In House Team” for work, you will not allowed to outsource project. If you agree on above working process, write “I AGREE” through next message. I planned this process as I felt that new freelancers not get projects due to less feedback even they have expertise in their fields. Please feel free if you have any query.
