Help find Lead Generation clients

We are a recently launched Lead Generation agency based in North London and we specialise in Cold Email Outreach (for B2B clients only) and Facebook Ads. We are currently struggling to find some clients for our services. We're mostly interested in local businesses (such as gyms, estate agents, dentists, restaurants etc. - ideally based in the UK, though we can be flexible on this) who'd like us to run Facebook Ads for them, but any clients looking for Cold Email Outreach are also welcome. We have actually managed to get some leads interested in our services through cold email, but we were never able to close them on the phone, as we don't have anyone in our agency who's good at selling over the phone... This means that we're not looking for leads, as we can generate our own - we're looking for actual sold clients - businesses who are 100% ready to get started with our services. If you know any business owners who may be interested, or you simply know where you might be able to find such, please send a proposal so that we can discuss further. Please note, you should only apply if you're confident you can deliver clients for our agency, as this is a Commission Only job - commission is 20% of first month's fee (our fees start at £1,000 per month) and then a further 5% from each subsequent month we work with that client. We are also able to provide a 1 week free trial for the new clients (where they'd only pay for ad spend if they're FB Ads clients), but for such clients who request a free trial, commission will be 10% of first month's fee and then 3% of each subsequent month.
