You will design and develop a utility application to visit, analyze (to identify new PDF content), and download each new PDF file. After file is processed locally (you will NOT write this code), you will record the required source information to DB (so that you do not download it again). This utility is ONLY a front-end preprocessor and requires minimal UI. A list of sites to scan/process is available at: [login to view URL]
