ASP.NET User Control w/ jQuery

I need an asp.net user control. This control cannot use any third party libraries outside of jquery. This control will take a List collection of an object with the following properties: public string Title { get; set; } public string Description { get; set; } public string Grouping {get; set;} And renders the below interface as fig 1. Using the first record as an example the Title property is “Open Orders” or “Cancel Report”. The Grouping property is “Customer Service”. The Description property is “The Ammo Open Orders report displays…” The “+” and “-“ sign should expand and collapse the items under their respective Grouping. The expand and collapse should use jquery. When the ellipsis “…” in the Description are hovered over, it should reveal the rest of the description. This should truncate the description to the word based on whether it would otherwise wrap to the second line. If the Grouping property is clicked, then the user should be presented with the entries for the grouping, as shown in fig 2. If the item Title is clicked, such as open orders the user should be presented with a detailed item screen as shown in fig 3.
