New Video Poker Demo Project

I am looking to hire a capable person who can create a video poker game that I have created.? It is currently protected as a provisional patent within the United States Patent and Trademark Office.? The game consists of playing a standard video poker game with 52 cards, plus an additional bonus round.? I don't need the game to contain all the "bells and whistles" but I would like something to show how the game is played.? I would like the game to have a counter to keep track of the number of hands played, plus a reset button to return the hands to zero; a credit meter starting at 100 credits, which can also have a reset button, and a deal button that takes 5 credits off the credit meter each time it is pressed; a choice of two games (Jacks or Better) and (Double Double Bonus) payscales..which I will provide to you.? I would prefer the game be done in Visual Basic, however, I'm not totally locked into that language.? The timeframe can be up to a month or two.? If you are interested or chosen to complete this project, I will forward you the slides in a PDF file which explains how to play the game.
