Simple software that will help the user to download files from a web page , format an external drive with Linux ext3 file system and copy the downloaded files.

I would like this software to be developed using Java to run on osx and windows with very easy installation procedure for non technical people's. The software will help the user to download a file from a web page running within the software, choose an external drive formatting it in ext3 file system or if already in ext3 verify the volume partition; choosing a folder of files to copy within the root directory of the usb disk. The folder selection process will verify that the folders contain the correct data file structure within, to avoid folder selection errors by the user. If the user select a zip/tar/rar/7zip file, will decompress automatically first, check the folder files and copy automatically. At the end of the process the software will verify the file source/destination correspondence. The software will be optimised to run on slow computers managing the CPU consumption to avoid overload computer problems. The folder tree to copy have a medium size from 100 to 300 gigabyte of data and the software will show the time left of the copy. If the har disk is already in ext3 format, the software will only copy the files and folders without delete existing content. Will check the available space left and notify to the user if is not enough and in the case asking to format it with a warning message that all content will be loses with a second confirmation button. The software will check at the mount that the ext3 file system structure it's correct or otherwise ask to the user to repair first to start the copy process. A Google analytic call for statistics when it is opened. The software will show my logo and a link to "terms and conditions" web page. At the bottom will appear a text area that will show a remote html5 page or txt text from predefined remote url. For the ext3 file system creation and mounting on osx and windows will be used only open source source/royalty free code at your choice (please indicate me first). The complied code will be encrypted and you will give me the source code without encryption. The developer will not own any right on the code that will be only my properties.
