PDF OCR to XML Expert Needed

Hi, my name is George Bouris. I have an already built application with very similar functionality, which I can demonstrate either through skype or by sending a video or plain screenshots with the description of each operation. Although I'm writing code in C#, the aforementioned application is written in Java and uses tesseract for the OCR and OpenCV for the identification of the form. They both are open source. My price is not for the complete project - I need more information for the proper estimation of the cost-, but it will be based on my hourly rate of $30.
