We have a web application (load testing tool) that was written in ASP pages back in 2001 and needs to be brought into the modern world. This is an hourly project but I will need an estimate of how many months it will take before I can hire anyone. You will be able to log in to a web server to see how it looks and acts and examine the ASP source code before you give an estimate. You MUST have experience developing ASP.NET web applications using SQL Server as well as an understanding of ASP pages and Javascript
