Port online shop from osCommerce to Joomla Vitruemart

Hi all, I have an online shop currently in oscommerce, needs porting to joomla with virtuemart. Only bid if you know oscommerce, joomla, virtuemart, html, jQuery/javascript, and cpanel + ftp site management, I know them all well and I will be able to tell, I am just too busy to do it myself. I will provide the joomla template/site (Joomla 2.5), logo and images, and product images. You can attain a CSV spreadsheet of products in oscommerce easy-populate format via the current oscommerce sites admin interface (I will give you a login). The old (current oscommerce) site and database must be backed up and kept safe. All categories and products must be imported into the new shop. The shop must support shipping via Australia post (standard, registered, sea, and air). The shop currency is AUD. The Site and shop language is English but all sentences (added by you if any) will honor the joomla language rules so that additional languages may be later added. Any updates made by you will honor the joomla extension rules rather than modifying files in place, so future updates work. Banner images (the template has a banner) must load randomly from the products database (template may already support this???). That all being said its not that complicated, just setup the new template, add the logo and shipping/privacy/etc stuff from the old site, import the products, setup the banner. You may like to first install the old site at a subdomain on the current server (ie: osc.<domain>) and if you think it will make things easier for you then go right ahead.
