I am attempting to install a javascript library called GSAP in a Joomla template. I have it working as plain html with no CMS but when I try to implement it in my Joomla site with the same code, it does not work. At first I thought it might be a conflict with some other code in the template. So I installed the default Joomla template Protostar that comes with the default installation and still cant get it to work. I already have it 80% done, just need the final steps done correctly for it to work.
