Im a licensed Architect and working home-based for 2 years now. My major service includes architectural design and drafting for building permits and shop drawings. I also do kitchen designs. Your requirements: 1. Kitchen design - upon knowing the measurement of spaces where it will be built, I will send conceptual designs for you in perspective view for you to appreciate the outcome; or if you have a design that you want to achieve, an honor to do for you in drawings. I just need to get information of how you would want the design to be (3 days) 2. Preliminary Plans - preliminary plans will be sent for approval (plan layout, elevations, sections) to know the locations of sink, nooks, drawers, etc are properly placed (2 days) 3. Final plans - i will send you the drawings such as: Kitchen layout, elevations (4 views), sections (2 views or as per your requirement) and spot details
