The project is to develop a detailed scope of work and detailed bill of quantities for long term rate agreement/contract. The contract is for binding contract agreements. Basically we are a consultant company and we have a tendering department. We want to sign a long term rate agreement with a binding shop or company. The binding shop is required to collect the contract agreement from our office (2 copies). Then they are required to bind them like a book (hard binding) and to scan the agreement on a CD. Please write a scope of work highlighting in detail the activity, specification and bill of quantities.
