Hello,
I'm a U.S. intellectual property attorney and I've worked with my clients on their domain name issues including ICANN UDRP proceeding both for the Complainants and the Respondents for more than twenty years.
I am also able to help you with any other questions you may have in the intellectual property area including patents, trademarks, copyrights and any other intellectual property matters.
I would be happy to discuss your issue and give you some guidance but the registrar may not be forced to reveal the ownership without a UDRP dispute or a court action being filed. ICANN typically is not concerned with failures to authenticate valid whois information as any domain name owner can simply click a verification link to comply with the basic requirement of a valid email.
Please do let me know if I can be of assistance.
Best regards,
Michael
