Hello -
I am a US Immigration Attorney with 7 years experience. I have done many H-1B visas from start to finish. I am confident that, if you respond to this request and interview me, you will agree that I am the best candidate.
I would highly suggest that, before making a decision, you reach out to me for details. For example, are you aware that the filing will be in the first of April, as no H-1B's are available now? Or do you believe that your employee is cap exempt somehow? Also, if your employee graduates in Fall 2019, he cannot use that degree now; he can only get the H-1B based on the degree(s) he has now.
I know exactly how to handle such issues, and I would be very interested in speaking with you about this opportunity.
Thanks,
Bill Borene
Attorney at Law
