INC.ME - legaltech platform

We are a Mexican legal tech startup, and our purpose is to help entrepreneurs incorporate companies in a simple, hassle-free, transparent, and secure way, so they can focus on working in and on their business, without wasting time and energy navigating through the bureaucracy and legalese involved in traditional company formation services. We need three main elements: 1.- Build a Factom or Amazon Web Services API to keep a record of information, documents, identities, and timing, pertaining to corporate legal operations (company formation, for starters) on a blockchain (thinking about using the Factom Blockchain or an AWS based blockchain). 2.- Design and build a user interface UI that conveys the user experience UX of using Slack and/or Trello, so lawyers and startup founders can: - Log in. - Submit, manage, and audit info and documents. - Verify identities, documents, and agreements. - Explain (lawyers) and learn (founders) the real world meaning/implications of the legal language used in the Articles of Incorporation, which are the legal documents that represent the birth of new companies. - Go ahead (checkout) to actually print the Articles of Incorporation so they can be signed and filed to the proper Sate authorities. 3.- Automate the writing of the Articles of Incorporation (backend) with the information and documents submitted by founders, and doubled checked by platform-associated attorneys, so when founders decide to go ahead and incorporate their companies, no time is wasted.
